My Morning Jacket recently announced plans for an upcoming tour in December of 2011. The tour includes multiple stops across the United States culminating in a show at the newly renovated Madison Square Garden.  Their last appearance at MSG was in 2008 when they celebrated New Year Eve with New York City.

Upcoming DMB Dates:

Previous three day pass holders will be eligible to exchange their Governors Island tickets for a new three day pass for Randalls Island.  It is unclear, but it looks like 3 day ticket holders and 3 VIP ticket holders will be receiving a free show.  Currently there are now details regarding the other scheduled acts to play Randalls Island.  Once we hear more details regarding the DMB Caravan at Randalls Island we will be sure to keep you posted!

Dave Matthews Band has just announced their second stop on the DMB Caravan Tour: Chicago’s Lakeside.  The second DMB Caravan stop will take place over the July 8-10th weekend, with Dave Matthews Band headlining each night.  This DMB festival in Chicago has similar names to the Atlantic City festival, with the addition of Kid Cudi and the “Summer Camp Saturday” stage.  While the Summer Camp DMB lineup has not been announced, it is widely rumored that Umphrey’s McGee will be the largest act performing at Lakeside, Chicago.
